Compare like with like
When checking a chart, compare concurrent players to concurrent players and confirm whether the source covers Steam only. Record the access time, avoid combining values from different services, and treat estimates as estimates rather than official sales figures.
Use official channels for operational status
Charts can show interest trends, but official Steam news and WARDOGS channels are better evidence for maintenance, access changes, and game updates. The Steam store is the official PC listing.
